Hello!

My name is Holly and I live with my dog Bella currently. She has free run of the bungalow in the day and normally sleeps on the end of my bed at night. I’m a regional manager and am looking for another professional who is respectful, tidy and clean.
Women preferred please.

I love to cook, avidly read, just getting into climbing and a good Netflix binge.

We live in Coltishall, (NR12 7HX) it’s a quiet village but is easily accessible by the North Walsham Road and about 10 minutes to the NDR.

I have a room to rent which is part furnished with a new day bed (can be used as single or double) set of shelves and fitted wardrobes and shelves.
There is a direct door access to the garden from the room also.

The house has a garden and drive which is big enough to accommodate 2 cars.
Bills included (WiFi, heating, electricity, water, council tax etc)

Will need references from previous landlord or proof of income.
