Double room with small double bed. Wardrobe, 2 x bedside tables under bed storage and chest of drawers, storage can also be provided or remove as required. The room has Juliet balcony with blackout curtains.

15 mins drive to the city, a good bus route to the city, 5 mins drive to Costessey park and ride, a 15 min walk to Longwater Retail Park, Bannatynes gym and Sainsbury’s. You will have your own private parking space, not roadside parking.

Bathroom shared with two others, with bath and shower and plenty of bathroom storage.

Large kitchen diner downstairs and cosy communal area.

Netflix, WiFi all included, and I have a large 50inch tv in the living room. Tv Ariel point in the bedroom to have your own tv if you wish.

Whoever lives with me, it’s very important that they feel like it’s their home too, I’ve lived in multiple houseshares and I know how important it is to feel at home. Don’t feel the need to ask permission to have friends over etc.

I do have a dog so anyone who lives here must be a dog lover. He’s a big boy but he is a gentle giant, doesn’t ever bark or jump up at you and is extremely calm. He gets groomed regularly. Photo of him in the pictures. (He is adored by everyone)
