Lovely 2 Bed Shared Flat In Queens Hill!

I am looking to rent a room in my flat out as my current house mate is leaving after 2 years. The property has 2 bedrooms and I am happy to rent out either my current room (with ensuite) or my current housemates room (has a main bathroom with bath & overhead shower). Both rooms are furnished but for the right person could be unfurnished. Rent is inclusive of all bills and includes a good internet connection and Sky TV with Sky Sports. There is one parking space with each flat plus a visitor space but never any problems finding somewhere within the car park to park! There is a bus stop opposite on the main road with regular buses into the city every 10-15 mins. Copperbeach pub is within walking distance as is Bannatynes Gym, Sainsburys, Next, Greggs, Boots and lots of other shops at the retail park.

About me:
I am a 26 yr old female and am into a fairly healthy lifestyle. I enjoy the gym (or have done since January, anyway!), go to bootcamp classes every Thursday and am currently training for a tough mudder! I am generally around in evenings as work during day times. I would describe myself as a sociable and outgoing person but also am very respectful of other peoples privacy and am just looking for someone likeminded to join the flat :) I am a smoker (trying to give up! 😁) but don't smoke in the flat, I don't mind another smoker as long as they're respectful of this. I do have a little hamster so no other pets allowed, he is lovely and cleaned weekly!
