Hi there,
I am renting out my single and double guest rooms on a SHORT TERM BASIS ONLY.
There is no minimum lenght of stay required, so even if you are in town for a night or two, you are welcome.
Your room is fully furnished and you will have use of a shared bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, with your own storage space. Bed linen, towels and toiletries provided.
Included in the price: Sky Tv/broadband, all utilities, parking and twice weekly professional cleaning services.
Guests are welcome to use the dining area, kitchen and other shared spaces. There is a patio in the garden at the back where you can relax.
Ample parking at the front, suitable for larger vehicles and monitored via CCTV for safety.
No references needed, but I will ask for your ID and home address in advance, as well as a pro rata security deposit that we can discuss prior to booking.
Short term lets only.
Hope to hear from you soon!
Andra.
