Lovely double bedroom in the centre of Diss

I have a lovely double bedroom available on the top floor of my house, which feels very private, with its own little staircase. The room has 2 chests of drawers, double bed, clothes rail and bedside cabinet. Bedding can be provided or removed - whichever’s preferred. You’ll share the main bathroom with me. There is a downstairs WC as well.

The house has a brand new central heating system, new shower and a cosy log burner. Washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen, garden etc all available for use. Pretty decent WiFi. Potential to keep a bike in the shed if needed. There’s no parking, but I have a permit for the car park nearby which is also an option for any tenant.

This is very much about finding a house mate, not just a lodger, so it has to be the right fit. I’m still in the process of decorating the house, so some rooms still need some love.

I work full time (from home at the moment) and it would be nice to occasionally eat dinner together, walk to the pub, watch a film etc. I’m certainly not going to want to be in each other’s pockets the whole time, but some company would be nice! I’m into dogs, horses, anything outdoorsy, good food and the odd gin!

Everything is within walking distance here, it’s very convenient. Railway station is also probably a 10-15 minute walk.
