2 double bedrooms, 5 mins from UEA

Hi, we’re looking for two new housemates to join us from Sept ‘19-Sept ‘20. We have two double bedrooms for rent in a 6 bedroom house 5 minutes walk from UEA and tesco. Both bedrooms are furnished with double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and shelving units. House comes with a large open plan kitchen and living area, 2 shared bathrooms, front and back garden, garage, bike shed and off road parking. Amenities include 1 fridge freezer, 1 fridge, 1 freezer, 2 washing machines, 1 dryer and 2 dishwashers. Our landlord has also provided us with lots of kitchen utensils including cutlery and china.

One bedroom is upstairs (£400/month) and one is downstairs (£390/month). Bills are not included and are usually £50/month for water, gas, electricity, wifi and tv license.

Will be living with 4 3rd/4th years (1 girl, 3 boys). We enjoy going out and sports, as much as a nice night in with a takeaway. We are looking for someone to join our lively household who is outgoing and tidy.
