Double room available from end of Dec

Furnished double bedroom room available from the 29th December to share the house with myself, my fellow housemate and dog.

It is a fairly large bungalow with plenty of parking space and shared use of all facilities. It also has a lovely private garden too - ideal for summer!

Located in Great Plumstead - a quiet village with plenty of surrounding countryside. Very easy access to Broadland Business Park, the A47, NDR and only a 10/15 min drive to Norwich. There aren't many amenities within walking distance, however there is a regular bus service into the city.

We are friendly, sociabale professionals who enjoy (fairly) healthy living, pilates, gym, running, reading, cooking, movies, gaming, seeing friends etc.. happy to spend evenings in front of the tv but also enjoy our own space too. We are looking for a like minded housemate who wants a calm and friendly home to live in and who is respectful, clean and tidy. It is not a party house.

I work shifts so would like someone who is fairly quiet and respectful of that.

MUST BE A DOG LOVER. I have a 1 Year old German Shepherd X who is house trained and is no trouble. As it is his home it would be essential that you got on. (Free cuddles and walks available if you so wished).

We would prefer a female to keep a nice balance in the house as my other housemate is male.
