Dear Lodger,
I have a double room with a separate shower room in a cosy house in Great Yarmouth.
Ideally I am looking for 1 adult.
Ideally with DBS
The house is very close to amenities such as Medical centre, Bus stops, Lidl, B&M and Matalan. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach and on a residential road.
I live here with my 13 year old son and the property is maintained clean and tidy.
The living area, kitchen and dining area are communal.
Please note the bathroom is downstairs and the bedroom is upstairs.
