A small room available in a shared family home available end of October. Freshly decorated with a new single bed plus desk.
Plenty of parking available (no permits required), Regular bus services in to Norwich city centre and out to the coast.
Kitchen, lounge, and bathroom shared with the rest of the household. Washing machine is also included. No shortage of toilet paper !
Large secluded garden in a quiet area.
LGBT friendly and non-judgemental household.
Darkroom equipment available.
Two cats in residence who will demand fuss & attention.

Note: In the middle of decorating and doing repairs after having new windows fitted. As a consequence, the place isn't particularly clean & tidy. Bonus points up for grabs if a helping hand is offered.

Bills and broadband are included except for telephone.
