Easy, quick access to A47 and NDR. Married couple, with 1 old cat, have a very spacious south facing room with accompanying private toilet and shower room to let. Lovely view from the room. We are both very hardworking adults. Teacher and Software Architect. We are looking for someone who is a professional who works regular hours - no shift workers or night owls. We both require sound night sleep to perform well at work. Someone calm and hardworking who values the importance of sleep/rest and doesn’t mind 1 old lady cat. We have a South facing garden that you can use and you are welcome to relax with us in the lounge. Kitchen, lounge and dinning room is a shared space. No guest/s allowed at all under any circumstances. Lodger cannot host friends or family for any reason or size gathering.
All utilities and internet are included in £540.
Can move the furniture out and accommodate your own furniture. Willing to help you furnish the room as well. Flexible on furniture.
