Homeshare with en-suite and great views

This room is being advertised on behalf of friendly Householder in her 70s.
In exchange for the lower accommodation fees, she is looking for ten hours of help each week which would include companionship (friendly chat, watching shows together) practical help such as assistance with the iPad, cooking occasional meals and help with shopping, and if possible accompanying her into town.
The Householder has sadly lost her husband recently and some companionship would really help lift her spirits. She is very easy to get along with and loves a friendly chat.

The home is spacious, airy, bright and has wonderful views. You will have your own bathroom.

There is a cleaner and gardener that attend each week.

The nearest town is 8 miles away and it’s around 45 minutes drive to Norwich so this room may be more suited to a car driver.

This room is for females only.

The homeshare fee is £170 each month and a deposit of £170 is required. The minimum term is six months. References are required as well as a DBS fee of £30 (requested if you are successful). All bills are included.
