Double room with sea views and own lounge

If you are looking for a pristine house, this is not the home for you! It is a tidy, warm, cozy house that is quirky like it’s inhabitants.
We are two married women who have been together 17 years, living in an old coach house right by the sea in Mundesley, a little village community near Cromer and North Walsham. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach down the cliff steps. One of us, Marie, works in Care and the other one Lesley, is retired.
We have 2 Border Terriers and an elderly demented cat so you must love animals.
As well as a double bedroom, there is your own study study/ lounge as well as as a shared bathroom, utility room and kitchen but basic cooking facilities are provided in your own separate lounge/study. however, you are welcome to join us.
Ideally you will be laid back, willing to muck in with us but also happy to be independent. We would ideal like you to feel ‘part of the family rather than just renting a room’
We are preferably looking for a FEMALE, gay or straight who is gentle, kind and courteous and again who loves animals as they are an integral part of our family.
There is parking at the back of the property and across the road - we are very near Tesco Express and are within walking distance to the village and bus stops.
