2 Double rooms in spacious house off Dereham Road

Looking for students to occupy two double bedrooms in shared house available from September 2021 for 1 year. Around 30 minute walk or 10-15 minute cycle away from UEA (very secure bike storage included), and close to bus routes. Semi-detached in a quiet residential area. Very clean and well maintained. Landlady is very considerate and helpful.

The rooms include a double bed, a wardrobe, a large chest of drawers and a desk with chair. Plenty of sockets throughout.

The house has gas central heating and Virgin Media broadband. Large open plan living and dining room. Shared bathroom with shower over bath and a second toilet downstairs. Modern kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. Basic garden around the back with outdoor seating. Lots of storage in the house and secure outbuilding.

To share with one female third year nursing student.

Unfortunately I don’t have any photos of the second room as we are currently all at home because of the lockdown but I should be going back in February so might be able to send some then. It is extremely similar to the first room though.
