Short term let - single room NR1

Hi,
I'm Leanne, I'm 32 and live with my 2 cats. I have a spare single, spacious and furnished room available in my lovely 2 bed flat in NR1 (about 10 min walk from the train station). The flat has big windows and high ceilings and I have lots of plants. There is on street permit parking available and a safe locked place to store a bike.

I'm looking for someone who might need a place to stay short term, for a few weeks or months at a time. Preferably someone who works or studies full time, and who likes cats. I have one very friendly cat and the other is very nervous (so you may not see him much).

I work Monday to Friday full time and usually spend my evenings in watching TV, cooking dinner (I'm vegetarian but don't mind if you're not!), meeting friends in the city or going out for walks while its still light. I'm generally a quiet person and am hoping to meet some good people and possibly make some friends. I'm unfortunately recently single so getting used to independence again.
