There is a spacious and fully equipped eat-in kitchen with 2 fridge freezers, a range cooker, washing machine (dryer in outhouse), microwave, all pots pans, crockery and utensils; a sunny south facing lounge with leather sofas and tv; fast broadband.
The other 3 housemates are staying on for another year.
I am a private landlord and take great care to ensure a peaceful, homely and well maintained house for the postgrads who live there.
As your safety and security are paramount, the property is fitted with fire safety doors, hard wired smoke&heat alarms/carbon monoxide detector and external security lights.
There is plenty of on-road parking, and secure bike storage to the rear.
Gas and electrical certificates are up to date.
I manage the house myself and so you will always deal directly with me.
