The UEA is around 10 minutes walk from the house, with 24hr amenities only a couple of minutes walk away on foot. We're frequently serviced by the 25 bus route for a quick hop into Norwich centre, or we can offer you an off-road parking space at no extra cost.

The house has a lawned back garden which the live-out landlord maintains, along with a storage shed which can securely hold a bike (if you have one).
