About us and the place:

The house - a spacious lounge, a large kitchen/dining room, an en-suite shower and toilet for your double room as well as a separate shared wet-room, hall and sunny garden across from a park, 15 minutes walk from the city centre, most mod cons. The lounge has a great screen for socialising and watching films. You can purchase a permit for on-road parking for around £30 or there is permit free parking about 5 minutes walk away (although parking is on street, there is nearly always space directly outside the house and it's not one of those narrow streets where you're crammed in).

Your room - large double bedroom with double bed, walk in cupboard, sink, and a big window. Beautiful feature wall. There is an en-suite shower room with toilet. A selection of furniture is in the room including a table, chair and chest of drawers.

Your housemates: Claire - works from home during the days and moonlights as a dance teacher in the evenings, is vegetarian and has two friendly cats. I love to dance and cook and I'm a teacher of various things.
Hope has just started working for the ambulance service and will be adjusting to shift patterns. She loves to go to the gym.

We would love to live with a chilled out person who's clean and tidy. It is vital that you accept the cats as overlords and rulers of the house!
