Looking for a housemate (preferably female) to replace me in a house on Norvic drive (NR4 7NN). You'd be living with 3 lovely female students doing medecine and physiotherapy. The room is really cosy, it has a single bed, a desk and 2 spacious wardrobes. Rent is £375 without bills. The house is very pleasant and light, it has a big conservatory which looks onto the really nice garden, and a garage in which we store bikes. It takes 15 mins to walk to campus, or 5 minutes on a bicycle - the bus stop to go into town is a 7min walk. Room is available from December or January until 1st July.
