The house is located on St Augustine’s and is a 3 story townhouse with 2 bedrooms, a roomy kitchen, downstairs toilet, bathroom, living room and utility room. The house comes with a good sized patio garden and a parking space.
Parking space is currently not used by me or my housemate so will be available all the time for you if you have a car.

The bedroom will not be furnished but the communal areas are. All white goods included!

The property is located in a gated courtyard and is a 2 minute walk from the local Spar corner shop. It is also a 5 min walk from the shops in Anglia Square and on Magdalen Road. 10 minute walk to the city centre. Lidl and Aldi within walking distance & on the bus route to ASDA.

Once we find the right person, they will need to be prepared to sign a new tenancy with the landlords and become a joint tenant. I have been very happy in this house but unfortunately have to move out because of family/personal reasons.

Current housemate is a 24 year old professional working full time and is always a happy face to come home to 😊 she has been working from home since the beginning of lockdown.
