We currently have a Single Room for rent and are located in Threescore (NR5 9PR), just a stones throw away from UEA and the Norwich Research Park. We also live very close to a bus stop for easy access to the city.

Doesn't currently have a bed, but will buy one ASAP once we have confirmation of the room being let out.

About the house:
You would be sharing with a professional couple (Male/Female). One of the individuals is currently writing their PhD thesis, and both are very quiet and respectful. The house has a decent size garden, off street parking, and an upstairs bathroom with toilet bath and shower, and an additional downstairs toilet and a washing machine. It is also fully furnished with 2 large sofas, coffee table, large screen TV, and kitchen utensils. You would also have your own fridge/freezer.
The total price would be £380 this includes all bills (Water, Gas, Electric, Internet). We don't require any deposit or admin fees. The house is only available until January 2021, as we are moving out then. Therefore, you would have to find new accommodation by then.
