En suite rooms with kitchen corners

These recently renovated (double or twin) bedrooms with shower rooms/loos and kitchen corners are within a four-storey Victorian house in Norwich's popular and vibrant Golden Triangle, just 10 minutes' walk from the city centre and close to buses to UEA and the hospital. They each have two comfortable single beds that come together to make a super-king-size bed. Within each room is a kitchen corner, complete with mini fridge, microwave/grill, kettle and toaster. There is a desk and storage. One space is situated on the second floor attic of the house and is accessed by a narrow, cottage-style staircase, which has some restricted head height. The room itself, however, is bright and airy with a ceiling height of over 7ft across its central space. Guests enter via the main front door, hall and staircase of the house. Their own door up to their self-contained attic space is at the bottom of their private small staircase and once closed offers complete privacy. The other space is the large Victorian front first-floor bedroom and is also self-contained once its door is closed. It also features a kitchen corner. This room also has a Smart TV. Parking for all accommodation is on the street and we can organise permits. We live in the house ourselves but everyone has their privacy. We also have a basement suite for short-term lets and have welcomed paying guests for many years now. Guests have no use of the rest of the property. Ideal for a mature student perhaps or contract workers. We are very happy to consider Mon-Fri only, four days on/off or other arrangements to suit (can price accordingly). PICTURES COMING SOON!
