Cosy, Convenient Room

Looking for a friendly and easy-going lodger to share our home. I, Clare, work from home but am often out evenings doing various hobbies! I do love cooking and have friends round up-to 2 nights a week for dinner. Joe works from home too. We have a cat called Monty who is Incredibly friendly and loving- so you’ll need to keep your door closed if you don’t want her furring up your bed!

The room has a single trundle bed that can be made a Double it you don’t want as much floor space. There’s a clothing rail, desk and a reading chair with lamp. We would all share a large bathroom with freestanding shower and bath. There’s a large garden with garden furniture.

It would be nice to share living room of an evening but equally happy with someone who prefers to stay in their room. Washer, dryer and well equipped kitchen. High speed broadband and fortnightly cleaning included.

Walking distance to the train station (12 mins), city (20 mins) and to Cremorne Lane bus stop (1 min).

There is no parking permit available until end of October, but free parking on Thorpe road (25m away) from 6pm to 8am which can be used in conjunction with our 4 hr visitors permit. ,.
