Spacious City Centre House - All Bills Included

Hey All,

I'm currently looking to fill my extra space, couples are also welcome. This house is a 5 minute walk to the Norwich Train Station, a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and a 10 minute walk into Norwich City. We also have a convenience store a 3 minute walk away, as well as the grocery shops on Prince Of Wales Road a 7 minute walk away.

Out the back we have a spacious garden.

There's 1 room listed here as the bedroom, but you'll actually have 2 rooms to use at your leisure. I'd rather have someone in 2 rooms and us both have enough private space, so the second is for you to use as your own personal lounge room.

References will be required, but otherwise I have no preference other than someone with a winning personality. I sometimes work from home, otherwise in the legal sector, so general awareness and respect of space is essential. I'm very friendly and sociable, you'll most often see me in the kitchen cooking something extravagant.

Pets will be considered subjectively.
