City centre house tucked out of the way

City Central house, tucked down a lane, off Rose Lane. Nicely out of the way of any noise and bustle. Close to the train station and city centre lanes.
£510 per calendar month, including all bills..
Bedroom is a small double room, with built in wardrobe on the ground floor. Your own bathroom across the hall, including shower and screen over bath tub.
Large open plan kitchen and front room upstairs, with beautiful lofty ceiling and beams. Very light space with sky lights.
Small patio area out front with potted plants and table and chairs. What else?? Kitchen complete with general kitchen things... Electric oven, electric hobs, washing machine (with built in dryer, but I wouldn't recommend it for drying), fridge, freezer and dishwasher (hurrah).
Front room will remain kitted out.
As for me, I'm pretty chilled and keep myself to myself a lot of the time, but also happy to socialise and hang out. Fairly easy going to live with in terms of housemateness. I like to keep things fairly clean and tidy, but I'm not militant. I seem to be working from home for the foreseeable, so I'm set up on a small desk in the front room for that, but it's mostly weekdays, normal hours, except the occasional weekend shift. Hmmm, ok, that's probably enough info for now!
