The apartment has been let for the last few years as a holiday let but at the moment i am looking to rent the apartment for min of 1 months and I am flexible on the length of the contract, but if you are looking to rent for less then a month the price would be £50 per night and once a week cleaner will come and clean it .
Please do note the cleaning is only if you are renting by night and less then a month, if you are on the longer period contact and the price of £950 per month, is your responsibility to keep the apartment clean .
The apartment is finish to a high standard with all bills included and free broadband too . Fully equipped kitchen , and bed linen provided if needed . The kitchen is open plan with the siting room and the bedroom is on the mezzanine floor wich is double bed with a very comfortable good quality mattress.
It can suit couple or a single person who prefers their privacy.
The price includes your rent and all the bills .
