I will be leaving in November so its only a short term let but you could take over the tenancy after I leave.
The room is available unfurnished. There is a brand new double wardrobe and chest of drawers and bedside table. You will need to bring your own bed!!
Will consider Mon-Fri let pro-rata
You will have your own large private bathroom which has toilet, bath and shower.
