It's a four minute walk into the city centre, on a bus route to the railway station and Norfolk & Norwich University hospital. Local shops are within three minute's walking distance. Close to RC Cathedral, Plantation Garden, and Black Horse.

Looking for people in full time employment or in education who are genuinely considerate, kind and caring, and can join our happy household. I am likely to be away from the house for days at a time, therefore I need people who are impeccably honest and responsible.

The shared kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a utility room / conservatory with both washing machine and tumble drier. Pleasant rear, side and front gardens.
