We're looking for someone (no couples sorry) to take the flat available in a house of flats which share some communal space (the shower room, toilet and utility room is shared).

The flat available contains a large sized double bedroom, and a separate medium sized kitchen just for the tenant, both with excellent light (the sun streams in). It's a lovely flat for a good price.

It's in a Victorian terraced house in the golden triangle which is close to central Norwich and just minutes from local shops. A good area with nice neighbours.

There are five flats in the house, with two shower rooms and two toilets between the five, but this particular flat really just shares the upstairs toilet and shower with two others; myself and a very clean and considerate lad called Harris.
We hope to find someone who can maintain good bathroom and toilet etiquette, just as we do.

You'll have your own tenancy agreement with the landlord, and a lock to your flat.

The rent includes all bills including council tax ! except for TV and wifi.
(Currently we share the wifi between us which you would be welcome to come in on).
It's actually great not having to deal personally with bills every month, I recommend it.

Everyone in the house appreciates their sleep so noise is a consideration.

It would suit someone who wants a quiet, clean, considerate and friendly home, a sanctuary. It would suit a more mature professional, ideally.

The current tenants are friendly, musical, informal and arty, happy to chat and socialise. But obviously everyone has their own space, the best of both worlds.

It's part furnished, and the landlord is helpful if you need things.

The utility room has a washing machine for all to use and currently has a piano in it.

The parking is on the street and possible with a permit.
