Cosy home near nature and the city

I have found a sweet cosy house in Norwich and am looking for a fellow house mate to share this lovely home with.

It is bright with lots of light and a garden backing onto Earlham cemetery, which has loads of nature, big old trees and even deer. Winter road is a quiet road also nearby shops and in the trendy golden triangle : )

I found the house through an agency but the landlord lives near by and is very nice and helpful . I have signed a year contract but I am open to more short term shares.

I am a 34 year old Artist and Teacher currently working full time at Norwich Steiner School. I am relaxed to live with and love playing and listening to music, cooking and am always up for a good glass of wine and a natter at the end of the day. This is a place to make your home.

The rent is 363 a month not including bills. I am still working this one out but could be another 100 a months for bills.
