Hi I'm looking for a mature person (preferably female) who is looking for a safe, quiet home. I'm very easy going, like to read, I don't smoke, very rarely drink and I'm looking for someone similar.

There is a large kitchen with american style fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and ample worktop space.

My children will stay a few nights a week both are quiet, respectful, well behaved with their own rooms.

I have advertised the room at a very competitive price as I want to find someone who sees the house as a home rather than a soulless bedsit.
