Small Double Room Near Eaton Park

Lovely small double room available soon. All furniture in the pictures will stay in the room.

Shared bathroom with one other housemate. Electric shower, separate toilet. Kitchen, living/dining room, utility area, garden and shed shared with three other housemates. There is parking on the shared drive or on the road which does not need a permit. Very close to Eaton Park, corner shop and 25 bus route.

We are a friendly, sociable house and enjoy doing things together. Whether that's tidying up the garden, having a bbq, or enjoying a few gins on a Friday night.

We are three key workers, so have all been double vaccinated. We also all do lateral flow testing at home. Currently we have two people working at home in the shared areas, so our ideal new housemate would either be able to WFH in their bedroom or be going in to work, as unfortunately there isn't anywhere else in the house they could work due to confidentiality.
