My housemate (female) and I (male) are looking for a third housemate to move into our spacious annex.
The room available is an annex which is separate to the main house and is pretty much self contained with a double bed, TV, kitchenette area, en-suite shower/toilet and private courtyard is perfect for a young professional/ someone who prefers their own space.
The kitchen and lounge/rest of the main house is obviously also shared. It’s a really great property in a fantastic location just off unthank road and less than a 10min walk to town.
My housemate and I are both 23 year old creatives and graduates of UEA. We are clean, tidy, fun and friendly!
