Cosy room with own kitchen & shower in Norwich NR4

Please note we are currently looking for a weekly commuter for this room for a Monday to Friday let. Would suit someone who works in Norwich during the week (or part of the week) and goes home at weekends.

Nice bright double room overlooking gardens with private kitchen facilities and private shower room/wc on the top floor of a beautiful large 3 storey period family house, in a quiet and desirable residential area between Newmarket Road and Unthank Road.

The house is ideally located, on the west side of Norwich, for the Hospital and the University, and is less than 10 minutes by car or bus from the City Centre.

There is off-street parking for one car and a secure bike shed.

We are a family of four and the top floor is seldom used by us, so it is quiet and tucked away from the rest of the house.

TV, fast WiFi and gas central heating included.

This is a private family house so overnight guests would not be allowed. Other than that you will find us friendly, informal and easy-going.
