Double Room available in Golden Triangle

We have a double room available in our lovely 3-bedroom terrace house just off Unthank Road, as our housemate is moving on for an adventure up north so we’re looking for a new roommate!

The room is unfurnished, but our current housemate would be open to selling her bed. It can also fit a chest of drawers/wardrobe, clothes rail or a small desk as shown in the pictures.

The room faces the garden and has 2 doors both accessible from the landing and one leads across to the bathroom (you could choose to block that door off if you want but equally acts like a sort of en-suite).

The rest of the house is furnished and is on a pedestrianised part of the street so it’s nice and quiet, rent is £297 and bills tend to work out around £90 a month each.

The house is close to lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants around the Unthank area and just a 15 minute walk into the city!

About us:
Two girls (Molly & Ruby) ages 26 and 28, we are quite social and enjoy evenings in and out, but also have our own social lives.

Ruby works as a gardener and also runs an art studio and Molly is about to start a new job as a researcher.

We are both pretty chill and looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful housemate to join our home! We both enjoy cooking, exercise, movies/a good Netflix series and a glass of wine.

We’re looking for someone that is up for hanging out but equally happy to do their own thing.

On street parking is available but this is permitted, which you can apply for through the council.

Move in date is 09/09/2021, but this could be flexible.
