I'm looking for a non-smoking lodger/housemate to share my friendly and peaceful home.

Available from around the beginning of February - viewings will start from the 2nd Feb once my current housemate has moved out (she's moving away from Norwich after 2 years staying with me, to start a new job). The exact start date is flexible.

One bright and spacious double bedroom terraced house situated halfway between the NRP and the city centre. NR4 7JQ.

The room is currently furnished with the basics, but exact furniture is up for discussion eg if you have your own. The room has the airing cupboard in it too so there is plenty of storage space.

Shared kitchen, bathroom, sitting room and dining room. New double glazing, combi-boiler for heating and hot water, washing machine and tumble drier, newly fitted and v good shower over the bath, plenty of fridge and freezer space, broadband.

The close has non-permit parking spaces, there is a shed for bike storage, BBQ, garden including veg patch (which you are welcome to get involved with) + good neighbours.

Rent £530 including bills (but not including council tax, as it is a student household. If you pay council tax then that would be your responsibility, band B). You'd be sharing with me, a PhD student at JIC. Since I am a woman I would prefer a female housemate.

It's a double room, and while of course partners are welcome, I'm not looking to let to a couple.
