Cosy house share on Nelson Street NR2

I have a room available to rent, the house is a 2 bed classic Victorian terrace on Nelson Street, close to the Nelson pub. The bedroom available is at the front of the house, which is furnished with a bed, a cupboard/wardrobe, small chest of drawers and bedside table. There is a small garden with a wildlife pond, grass area and veg bed.

There is on street parking, no permit, there are always spaces nearby.

We have an open fire and I get a lot of free wood from work so heating bills will be low.

TV licence and internet is included in the rent. Other bills bring it up to around £450 all in.

Pets are welcome, Ashley the resident cat has lived with rabbits and dogs before and all got along well.

You would be sharing with me, Amelia, I work as a tree surgeon, am 33, spend a lot of my spare time outside, walking, cycling and general exploring, but also love evenings out, the odd pint in the fat cat, board games, rubbish tv binges and cooking together in the house.

I'm fairly quiet, generally have friends popping by for dinner etc once or twice a week, and do my own thing some evenings too. I'm looking to live with someone who is up for participating in housemate life a bit and would be up for things like cooking dinner together and watching a film sometimes.
