Me and my partner are letting the upstairs part of our house we rent.
It consists of a bedroom furnished with king size bed, bedside tables & 2 chest of drawers, a bathroom with sink, toilet, bath with shower attached (as it’s the the top of the house it’s not a shower you can stand up in) & another small room you are free to do what you like with.
We have a large open plan living room kitchen, you will have exclusive use of 3 good size cupboards & your own fridge freezer.
We have a small court yard garden that can be used to keep a bike in if you have one.
We are unable to offer parking however the local area has lots of free parking after 6.30pm and the permit zone runs out a short 5 minute walk away. We are the bottom of Duke street & walking to the city takes around 10 minutes & the bus station is around 15-20.
Our part of the house downstairs & we share no private areas.
A little bit about us! I am a 28 year old & My partner is a 29 year old chef. We have a dog called Odin (who can be barky but he has grown to love everyone who had lived with us) We are friendly people and would like to find someone to share the house with who is up for a movie or meal together sometimes & a friendly chat.
The room is being rented at £625 pcm. This included all bills (council tax, gas, electric, wifi, water).
