Looking to rent out a single room. No couples sorry. Would like only tidy. Thoughtful people. No night workers or party people please: Big garden and lots of pets (3 dogs,3cats, and outdoor chickens) so must love animals.

We have a weekly cleaner and the home is clean and well maintained and it’s mainly wood floors upstairs and down.

Room is cosy and small hence the lower rent but well decorated and furnished including large tv.

Benefits and students accepted but must provide deposit, rent in advance and references.

Home is quiet and a space to relax, not a party house.

Ideally want a vegetarian/pescatarian or someone that wont fru meat in the home. (Fine In ready meals and oven) 😀
