Spacious double located between Earlham and Dereham Rd.

Lovely terraced house in Golden Triangle. Close to amenities and city. I currently live in the house with my cat, but soon my flatmate is leaving to go to Uni so I am looking for a new housemate.

I work from home as an Illustrator, so the room would suit another professional, with steady working hours.

Looking for a quiet, considerate housemate - I'm a very sensitive introvert and I work a lot (I'm setting up an illustration business) so the house is super chill! Not a partay-house at all I'm afraid (my partying days are well over). So, would suit someone looking for a quiet, organised, restful home. I also have a lovely (but very lazy) black cat, who is adorable and sleeps pretty much all day.

Please bear in mind that some of the furniture in the bedroom is my housemate's and will be going with her. The dbl bed, chest of drawers, mirrors and wardrobe will be staying, any other furniture required will need to be brought by the new tenant. Other than this, I have fully furnished the rest of the house, including kitchenware. The washing machine is a good model with a large drum. There are 2 fridges and 1 small freezer.

There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, basic/low maintenance garden, shed, and small front patio with some plants.

Council tax is band B.

10 mins walking distance to city. Bus routes 25+26 (serving UEA, Norwich rail station and N+N Hospital) as well as 21, 23+24. Tesco (3mins), Co-op (5mins). You can pay for an on road parking permit if required.
