Driveway parking available, can store bikes in Garage or in Garden. Large south facing garden with garden furniture provided.

The Room
It's a double room but has king size bed, a large fitted wardrobe and two bedside drawers. Overlooks the driveway and front of the house. The sun rises in that direction so it's nice and bright in the morning. We can discuss if you want other furniture. There is additional storage space around the house.

Bathroom:
You'll be sharing a bathroom with me, there is a walk in shower and separate bathtub. There is also a separate toilet downstairs.

Kitchen:
There is a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker. Kitchen equipment and crockery provided. There is a washing machine and an additional large fridge/freezer in a separate utility room.

Living room & Dining room:
Large living room with sofa, armchair and TV, separate dining room with tables and chairs.

About Me
I'll be a live in landlord and the only housemate. My partner works in another city and will be around 1/2 weekends a month.
I work from home in a 3rd bedroom during the week and likely to be away 1/2 weekends a month. I enjoy cooking, baking and tending to my houseplants.

About You
