One small double/ single room on Unthank Road, 2 mins away from Chapelfield Gardens!

Ridiculously cheap room, considering how close to the city centre it is! It would suit a PHD or mature student who wants to be close to the city centre but not too far from the Golden Triangle & UEA. The rest of the flat is large and airy, with high ceilings and big windows. There is a large private car park at the rear of the flats exclusively for tenants. I'm in the bigger front room of the flat so will be paying the largest part of the rent, then we can share the bills equally. Bills will be about £150 per month each but could go up a fair bit this winter (energy crisis and all that!)

Just a quick bit about me - I'm a Support Worker, artist and trainee Art Psychotherapist. I'm a busy person generally but also like my down time and I'm sociable and open to all types of people.

I would appreciate someone who is similar - quiet but also friendly, as well as being considerate, clean and fairly tidy. I guess my partying days are behind me so I'd appreciate someone who uses the flat as a sanctuary! I've lived in house/ flat shares with both men and women many times before and so know how to make it work.

The room is available now but I'm happy to wait for the right person! Please no couples or time wasters, no negotiations on price. Please be aware this is a sub-letting arrangement, with permission from the landlord. Deposit of £200, just for any accidental damage. References from previous flatmates/ landlords would be ideal and I will offer the same to you, if needed.
