The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside table. Sharing the two bath/shower rooms.

LOCATION AREA AND TRANSPORT:

The house is very close to local restaurants and off license shops.

Bus stop is just one min away, 30 secs if you run :D. (26/26A to the city within 10 mins). 15 mins walk to Eaton Park, 10 mins to the UEA. For NNUH workers, would recommend here only if you have a bicycle or personal transport.

- We require a month's deposit, (register with the DPS)

- 3 months rent in advance if you're a foreign national

- 3 months minimum stay (Till 15th July 2025)
