I am looking for someone to share my lovely home in north Norwich, in an affordable, convenient location opposite park, shops, bus stop, 7 mins into City centre along Aylsham Rd. Postcode NR3. Chemist and post office across the street and Lidl 5 mins walk.

The house is warm, cosy, furnished, bright, airy and gets sun all day in winter and summer. Lovely large patio and garden with a summer house, which is a great spot to chill and do yoga or read.

I am a professional, working for a climate change charity. I work from my home office so the room would not be suitable for someone who also works from home most of the time.

The room has a nice sunny aspect, currently furnished with bed, desk and chair. There is a small shared bathroom and toilet.

I’m looking for someone who works full time, and keeps active. I enjoy the outdoors, going to art expos and gigs but I also keep a tidy, calm and relaxing home. I work hard in the week but keep busy on the weekends, getting outside and working in the garden. I travel regularly to London and abroad for work.
