Located in very city centre of Norwich, with all bus lines less than 5 min walk from the flat. Surrounded with pubs, entertainment, shopping centres, train and bus station, it's the perfect location. The flat is off the main road, away from most traffic. It comes with a cute dog, it's fully furnished and all bills included. I am a student who loves privacy and quiet nights in so I would like to rent the room to someone who isn't planning on being very loud and having friends over constantly, especially at night. I'm very easy going, a tidy flatmate is preferable but I'm also not always gonna be on your case if you don't tidy right away or wash after yourself, I don't really mind. Smokers are ok but no smoking in the flat. You will find me either at uni, out with friends, out with my dog or binge watching tv. I'm not looking for a flatmate but a lodger.
