The room has a double bed, desk and chair, large chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and wall shelving including a large build in wardrobe with 2 rails and multiple deep shelf space. You would be sharing with 3 PhD students, one that is part time and working full time. It is available to students and non-students/graduates with all bills included, except non-students would share council tax payments on top with one other person. The tenancy is for the period leading up to September with the option to extend. I have a video tour of the house available upon request.
