Looking for one female to move into this lovely 4 bed house in the Golden Triangle!

Location: The house is located just off Unthank Road on a quiet safe residential street just 5 minutes walk from bars, pubs, restaurants and shops. It is a 20 minute walk into the city centre, a 25 minute walk to UEA campus, with the 25 bus stop and 26 bus stop within a 5 minute walking distance

Current housemates: all females, aged 25-30, all young professionals, friendly and easy going.

Bedroom - Double bedroom furnished with a desk, chair, bed (including mattress), bedside table, additional storage e. g. chest of drawers, under bed storage and a wardrobe. Lovely view of the garden.

Communal space: A cosy and nicely sized living/dining area and a bathroom (shower and separate bath). The cute garden at the back of the house with raspberries and an apple tree. A shared kitchen, with the washing machine, a gas cooker and good storage space. There are two separate fridges and a communal freezer.

We are looking to one friendly, clean, respectful female professional to join in this house share my friend is moving out of.
