The house is in a convenient spot, 15 mins walk into town and 20mins to Eaton Park. Close to buses on Unthank road and Newmarket Road.
The rent is £330/month excluding bills. Bills are approx £130/ month at the moment - Council tax band B, wifi, water and gas & electricity. We have a cleaning rota to keep on top of everything!
It's a friendly house and we're looking for someone easy-going, considerate and tidy to join us.
