We’re looking for a girl to join our 4-bedroom house on Cunningham Road, around a 10-minute walk from UEA.
The available room is upstairs and shown in the photos. The house has 2 bathrooms (one shared between the 2 girls downstairs and one shared upstairs), a spacious kitchen, a lovely conservatory, and a garden that’s perfect for summer barbecues ☀️
Rent is £475 per month excluding bills. We currently pay a fixed amount of £93 each for bills, including electricity, water, and internet.
The contract starts in August.
