The house is spacious for a terraced house. Each room is furnished and lock secured. I have updated a few things and made sure the whole place is fully kitted out with everything you will need. The living room is a great place to catch up after a days work.

I will consider short term lets but rent will go up £50 a month under 6 months.

Directions:

Leave the city via Prince of Wales Road. At the traffic lights turn left into Riverside Road. Take the third right into St Mathews Road, straight at the T junction then first right into Ella Road.
