The property has double-glazing and wifi access throughout. There is a shared living room with TV; kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine plus a separate shared dining room. The cleaner visits once a fortnight.

There are front and side gardens plus a back garden suitable for barbeques etc, and shed with tumble dryer and bicycle storage.

The house is located to the North of the city centre, under 10 minutes walk from St Benedicts St and 5 minutes to Magdalen St. A corner shop, SPAR and takeaways are all situated a very easy walking distance away.
